You can still keep coming into the clinic to meet with staff and see your doctor. We are always more than happy to see you again.
Keep weighing yourself once a week to keep a check on your weight. This way you will see if your weight starts to increase again and you can do something about it early on.
Now you need to make sure you don't pile all those pounds back on again. This is sometimes even harder. It depends on whether you have managed to change your lifestyle and diet whilst losing weight.
Anyone who lost the weight and wants to stay this way has to understand that a healthy diet and watching your food intake together with exercising is for life.
